By accessing or using TableWars (“Platform”), available at tablewars.us, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TableWars (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your continued use of the Platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
TableWars is a free-to-play social casino tycoon game. Users may create and operate virtual casino franchises, recruit community players, unlock simulated games, and compete on leaderboards. The Platform is designed for entertainment and community engagement purposes only.
TableWars is not a gambling platform. No real money or items of real-world monetary value are wagered, won, or lost at any time on the Platform.
3.1 Nature of Virtual Currency
The Platform uses virtual chips and in-game credits (collectively, “Virtual Currency”) solely to facilitate gameplay. ALL of the following apply without exception:
3.2 No Purchase Required
All users receive Virtual Currency upon account creation at no cost. The Platform does not require any purchase to participate, play games, or advance in the game.
3.3 Optional Purchases
To the extent the Platform offers optional paid features (such as cosmetic items, bonus chip packs, or branded experiences), any real-money transaction purchases a license to access those specific features only. Such purchases do not constitute gambling, and no in-game advantage affecting game outcomes is guaranteed or implied.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
The Platform is intended for users located in jurisdictions where free-to-play social casino entertainment is lawful. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
5.1 Casino Creation — Users may create a named virtual casino franchise on the Platform (“Casino Owner”). By creating a casino, you agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes consistent with these Terms.
5.2 Operator Responsibility — Casino Owners are responsible for their casino’s name, branding, and the community they recruit to the Platform. Casino Owners must not:
5.3 Licensing of Platform Access — Where the Company offers white-label, API, or enterprise access to the Platform for community or business use, such access is governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing in these Terms grants any right to sublicense, resell, or rebrand the Platform without express written consent from the Company.
You agree not to:
All content on the Platform — including the TableWars name, logo, game mechanics, software, graphics, leaderboard systems, and underlying code — is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
The Company collects certain usage data to operate and improve the Platform, including gameplay analytics, session data, and casino performance metrics. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Virtual Currency balances, game progress, and casino data may be lost, reset, or modified at any time.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Because Virtual Currency has no real-world monetary value, the Company’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all Virtual Currency and game progress will be forfeited without compensation.
The Company may modify, update, or discontinue the Platform or any feature at any time without liability. We may also update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bexar County, Texas. BOTH PARTIES WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
